Give CENLA (previously known as Cenla Giving Day) is a yearly digital fundraising initiative that links donors with Central Louisiana nonprofits and their financial requirements. This initiative is instrumental in amplifying awareness of the invaluable contributions made by nonprofits to our communities, while fostering a culture of generosity to cultivate a more vibrant and resilient CENLA for all.
Per federal guidelines, LA-507 Continuum of Care is required to post the approved 2023 CoC Consolidated Application and 2023 Project Priority Listing for public comment. Both applications can be found by clicking the links below. Public comment will be open from 6:00 PM (CST) on 9/26/2023 and close on 9/27/2023 at 6:00 PM (CST). 2023 U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Continuum of Care Program Funding Competition is Open! On July 5, 2023, the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) published the Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the Continuum of Care (CoC) Homeless Assistance Program.
Hope House was named Best Non-Profit Organization at the 2021 Bizzy Awards. Local businesses were honored on Friday, November 5, 2021, at the 9th Annual Central Louisiana Chamber of Commerce Business Awards Gala which took place in the Alexandria Convention Center in the Wyndham Garden Hotel. Our board president, Tara Cochran, accepted this beautiful award on behalf of Hope House. We are proud to toot our horn for the hard work of such a powerful mission!
