2023 U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Continuum of Care Program Funding Competition is Open! On July 5, 2023, the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) published the Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the Continuum of Care (CoC) Homeless Assistance Program.

HUD has released the 2023 Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) to open the competition (application period) for its CoC Program funds, CFDA 14.267.
